That product is coming by sea instead of air. Air freight would blow up the cost and we are not passing that on to you. Sea takes longer to arrive, but once the batch lands, every order is being fulfilled domestically. That means your package reaches you in 2 to 5 days instead of sitting in customs from overseas. The wait is on the front end. The delivery to your door is fast.
We know that is still a wait. So here are your options:
Stay in: You do not need to do anything. Your order ships by July 31 and we will email you tracking the moment it moves.
Want out: Reply to your confirmation email and we will refund you in full within 3 to 5 days. That option stays open right up until your order ships and 30 days after you receive it.
We would rather lose the sale than lose your trust. We would rather tell you the unglamorous truth than give you another optimistic guess. The product you are getting is the one we actually stand behind. That is the whole reason for the wait.
